    HI, I am Pakistan national, Staying in Poland about last 10 months, I am running my company with my polish partner, I have temp. polish resident card, which will be expire in sep-30, but I wana come to know am I abel to apply polish passport on the base of my business or not ? if yes then wat process or wat department I have contact.

    Required urgent replies.

    No country in the EU will give you passport/naturalize you after 10 months!!! Takes about 5 years on average unless married.

    so if someone is married to a polish citizen is able to get a polish passport because my husband is polish but he is setteled in the uk

    polish citizenship

    hi all
    im a non eea national married to a polish nation for about 3 years now and have been living in Poland for 2 years. as i understand u can apply for polsih citizenship if u are married for 3 years together and have been living constantly in poland for 2 years now. this is the information i got from the ministry in poland.
    so if any of u are hoping to get polish citizenship then u must be either married for 3 years to a polish citizen and living in Poland for 2 years or living in Poland for 5 years if u are not married.
