Thank God we received our passport after 3 weeks and half with EEA1&2 with five years stamp!

my question is if my family members (parents or brothers/sisters) want to apply to come to UK: which documents we have to provide according to HO they are your dependant; or
they were living with you before you came to the United Kingdom???
    please could somebody explain us.

    many thanks

    HI

    Thanks for reply

SO it's for my family in law from pakistan wishing to settle in uk, mainly my parents in law.

please i'm waiting for answers now and many thanks in advance.

also i wanted to notify that i'm french and my husband was on a student visa. we sent application forms EEA1&2 on 24/06 to croydon and we received our passports back on 19/07 so it is possible to switch from student to family member of EEA and it was very quick, wasn't it? Thanks God. because u told us that you never heard about that and yes i had a lot of questions because we know that it is now always easy to have applications successful.

so we provide both passports, marriage certificate original plus translation, birth certificate, bank statement, marriage pictures, letter from my employer, my payslips, his payslips and on his passport he had already 3student visas and 2french visas.

    God bless
