We dont know the full story nor it is similar to yours.

You dont need it.Your parents are "irrelevant".

Just general letter stating something like:

Me and my husband are going to UK.Could you please issue him family permit(explain her situation in the UK job/accommodation/residence permit).
    Please find enclosed following documents......

    And thats it.

Thanx to all you guys for providing such an impressive advice that i finally have got MY MOST WANTED EEA FAMILY PERMIT. I would like to thanx TRIPLE H for his advice throughout my whole case and also to polska sweetie.

Let me say how it all worked. I got married in married and i went to british embassy in Person but they took my documentts and i waited 8 hours until i was told that i have to come for interview after 4 days.
Then i went again after 4 days and i was interviewed like a settlement visa. Lots of questions asked like why you marrying her ? when u decided to marry ? where u gonna stay ? when did u first meet ? when u decided to marry ?

They interviwed me first and then my wife and then we were told that i have been issued family permit for 6 months.

    Documentation attached was :-

    1) Previous proof that both were staying together in the form of bills, bank statements to same address, coule of photos together, wedding photos, my emailed to her after i was in india and her emails to me.
My calling history when did i call her and when she did.... sponsro letter, bank statements, tenancy agreement, her payslips, letter from employer about her job, marriage certificate, my wife's 5 YEAR RESIDENCE PERMIT, HER EU ID, HER PASSPORT, MY PASSPORT... sl lots of documents.

I am flying to UK next week and probably will need to have further advice from THE DON SIR TRIPLE H who would need to guide me about process further about that to do next to apply for 5 year extension thing leading to ILR?? EEA3 APPLICATION OR EEA2 ??

so.. thanx for everything and i wish GOODLUCK to everyone in this forum.I M VERYYYYYYYY HAPPY.... SO THANX AGAIN..!!

Hi TRIPLE H, i landed in Heathrow today and again i was asked couple of questions but finally i got entry to UK. it is quite scarry though that even after getting EEA permit, they wanted to ask more questions anyways...I think my wife's presenc with me helped me and i had less trouble.. but the lady said keep her passport's photocopy with u so as to avoid any queires on next visit.. Rest all is good.. thanx again..

    Hy,
I dont understand why are you so worry about that. If your polish wife has a residence permit, so You can be sure that u will get family permit. her resident permit is for 5years, so your family visa will be for 5 years as well.

Thanx sandrilla for reply. You may be right that i should not worry too much and rather relax 'coz being a family member of EU is enough for me to have stay anywhere with her in Europe so i better take care of other important things in life . Thanx again.
