    Hello, I am currently working in Belgium and wanted to get my mother in Philippines to visit me here. I also plan to get a UK Visa for both of us when she's already in Belgium. Is it possible for my mother to look for a job while we have Visit Visa in UK? Are there companies that will accept her even if her VISA is just a Visit Visa and let them sponsor for a working VISA?

    She can look for a job and find one but she would have to leave the country and apply from her country of residence.
