hi every one, i have some question to ask for the FMRS form.
my girlfriend is working in england about 3 week now, she come from Lituania whic is EEA nationals. at the moment she is applying for the Work Registration Scheme[/b][/b]. Also we are planning to getting marriage in UK. I m student in england, my visa will expire on 2008. I hope there is no problem to getting marriage with her in enghland.

1. Does it right that both of us have to appy for the Certificate of Approval for marriage?

2. Then when we have been marriaged, i can chang my status visa by appying the FMRS form, right? i would like to know that if we have to apply on this form for both of us or not? If we both have to apply for FMRS form, Do we need to do separate form for each other or Just using one form for both of us?

3. i would like to know that when i have applied already, what my status visa gonna be? and how lone for? when it expire, which visa do i have to apply for next step?

anyway, i have no idea for the FMRS form i have got the form from the internet, but still confuse....
i hope to know some advise from you guys soon.
