✎ EN How extend my Family Permit in UK?I'm non-EEA citizen. HELP!

    Hello everybody.

    This summer me and my wife coming to England.
    I'm non EEA citizen, my wife is polish.
    Can i work without any permits in UK immediately or should i wait for my wife's registrer in WRS???

    We want to stay in UK for long time.
    Please, tell me , what should we do to extend my staing in UK.
    How much time this process will take ? What should i do and what requirements I must fulfil to get this extend?
    I'm afraide a little, because we will have less that 5 month for extending my visa in UK.

    Once you have a jobs,aplly with form FMRS to extend your visa with all the relevant documents.Nothing to worry about.

    EXTEND FAMILY PERMIT

    Hi. I'm in Wales already.
    My wife (polish) will send WSR tomorrow. I (not- eea member) as a spouse got by mail form EEA2. I need to extend my family permit visa.
    Everywere a saw that if i want to extend my visa - i need to fill EEC3 form. Wy i have recived EEA2?
    What should I do to extend my Family permit?
    How mauch time i have?
    How should I fill this form:(

    I guess that You are mistaken a little, becouse i called today to Home Office and they told me use EEA2.
    I'm called them 2 times and always the answer was same. So I'll fill EEA2 form, even if i'm only 3 weeks here.
    What do You think?

    I've called to home office and got information that i need send EEA2 form.Why??
    I don't understand now.
    Should I send EEA2 or FMRS??

    Let me tell You everything.
    My wife is polish and me - belarussian(non EU nationality)
    I have a family permit visa.
    We are living here (in UK) for 4 weeks only. We are both working. We wants to stay here for a long time. My wife has been currently registrated in WSR.
    On the Home Office's internet site i have found information that now (after my wife's registration in WSR) I must sent FMRS form. It's allright? Or it must be EEA2 form???

    1)How much time I have to send this form if my family permit visa extend in december?
    2)Is the Marriage certificate with FMRS form must be in english??? I have this in polish.
    3)Which possibilites FMRS will give me??
    4)It's possible on FMRS move out and come back to UK without family permit visa?
    5)Can my wife obtain residence permit if she will be in WSR less than 12 monthes?
    6) What should I do to obtain UK citizenship?

    Fmrs is just a form,you get 1 year residence permit.You can travel in and out of the country.I think it should be translated in eglish.
    It would take you about 6-7 years to become British.

    EEA family permit

    Hi Robota

    u said that u travelled to the UK along with ur wife.

    can u answer some questions for me on this as i am non eea national married to Polish national and we wish to travel to the UK like u guys.

    can u tell me if u applied for EEA family permit in British embassy warsaw? and what documents did u take along with u for the application? what questions were u asked by the embassy and any other information u can give me will be great.

    i hope u can help me with some answers as we would like to go to UK as well and need some help on appling for EEA family permit.
