I got your answer but my exact question is something different if you can answer

    * ) My husband is completing 5 years Work permit in Aug 2006 so he shall get ILR then.

    * ) I'm married and am living with my husband since Dec 2006 thats completing 2.5 years on his dependant visas expiring in Aug 2006 as well.

    * ) What shall I apply for in Aug 2006 when he is applying for ILR, for more dependant visas or for ILR and if ILR than on what basis.

    * ) When shall I get ILR in short

if someone can answer my just one question When shall i get ILR and how ?

my ques. is for ILR and shall i get it along with him or not

sorry friend but the link you have given is showing how to get FLR i'm not askin how to get FLR i'm asking whether i shall get ILR if he includes my details in his SET O FORM AS HIS DEPENDANT when he applies for ILR in August 2006 completing his 5 years of work permit cause our marraige has only completed 2.5 years and my stay as his dependant in UK is also from that time means 2.5 years OR NOT.

I just need to confirm it whether in my situation i can get ILR in Aug 2006 or not.

    some more doubts its personal

Thanks for your double check i'm satisfied and happy now but still one last thing to confirm it with you if you can that would be the end and i shall know what should i do for my future,

its my personal life but i have to tell you about it I had an affair with someone before i was married but my parents were not allowing me to marry him, so for their happiness i married someone they chose, but after 2 years i'm not still happy with him and i dont have any feelings for him still, things are not going still as i expected and so i have decided to seperate from him after i get my ILR cause its just spoiling both's lives,

Any ways I have decided to seperate from him within 2 or 3 months after i get ILR in August 2006 and am gonna marry my old boyfriend sooner or later so how shall i go will my divorce affect my ILR or my naturalisation or not ?

    hey man,

i have one more problem comming up now in last place at the last moment if you can help me or you can suggest something that i should do to get out of it

as i told you i had problems with my husband and he is preparing to put up his file for PR in 2nd week of august but now he is demanding money from my parents and is saying that if we dont give him then he shall give a divorce to me and i shall have to go back india

is there any rule that can protect me against it

cause both my husbands and mine visas are expiring in Aug next month and i know he is definitely not gonna leave this country he is gonna apply for PR in 2 weeks now and he is threatenning me that he shall not apply for my expension if he doesent get the money

is there any way that if he keeps his file for PR and he doesent apply for my extension, can i apply for PR or extension on my own saying my husband is completing 5 years and he is getting a PR

or is there any other way i can get a PR if he gets one through law or filing a case against him that he is bulleying me to pay him dowery or any such suggestions or something you know that can help me out of this situation please would be great help for me

thanking you shall wait for your reply if you can do it soon cause i dont have much time and everything is gonna happen in next month August.

ok friend i am going to get a lawyer but i need to know something first, the situation right now is that my husband has applied for ILR and along with it he has applied for my extention (but not ILR for me) and we shall get it by the end of next month.

then my husband's status shall be ILR and my status shall be further leave as his dependant.

i have read some rules on the homeoffice website but am not clear just wanted to confirm as my partner has ILR and i am married and am staying with him in UK since 2.5 years can i apply for ILR as soon as i get my passport next month or not.

and if i can what documents from my husband shall i need.

please just advice me the last thing and i shall find my way out please

vinet- but sounds like you only married to get ILR in this country.. go back to India.. because ppl like you spoil the immigration system and make it worse for other ppl who are genuine.. if yu love your boyfriend in India- GO BACK TO INDIA AND STAY WITH HIM! why are you insiting on staying here?

You ppl spoil immigration for the british born nationals who marry because they actually LOVE a person from a diffnt country. You and both your two husbands (what a pathetic joke) should go back to India and battle it out there.
