I met my girlfriend about a year ago...6 months into a 2 year working holiday visa (she's from toronto), we have also been living together during this time. How can we extend her stay? (she doesn't score high enough on the highly skilled program).

I should also add that we can't afford for her to live here and not work...I'm just not that rich!

 

would she be able to get a work permit? and would she be able to immigrate?

 

sorry to ask such apparently basic questions but I've been looking into it and I just get confused!
