    Hello,
I'm just a little confused about how to get a spouse visa for my fiance when we marry in a few weeks.
He is Australian and was granted entry clearance a couple of weeks ago. We're going to get married in June. How then do we go about changing his visa?
I've looked at the husband/marriage application forms on www.ukvisas.gov.uk but it seems as though you have to apply from outside the UK. Please don't tell me he's going to have to go back to Australia to apply!
If not, can we go in person to the Home Office to apply for his visa or is it best done by post? Can we do this as soon as we're married?
