Do I need a health screening such as a tuberculosis test or anything else for moving to the UK from the USA on a fiance` visa? I am pretty sure I do , but I cannot find ANYTHING online about where I could go to get tested and the whole process in general. *Sigh, thanks for the help in advance. :)

I didn't mean it to sound like I need urgent testing for tuberculosis  . I meant I am pretty sure , as in I wouldn't doubt it if I needed a health screening to relocate to another country. As someone just now doing research I just assumed that I did. But thanks for your input! :)
