    Hi
I am a uk citizen, and me and my fiance (Who is an asylum seeker), we are currently waiting to hear off home office about our certificate of approval. At the moment i am living with my parents and my fiance is living with friends, because he has to reside at this address because of signing at the police station every month. I am wanting to apply for a home of the council, and i was just wondering could i put my fiance name on the application form as well, even though he is an asylum seeker. I will be the main applicant but he will be my joint applicant. Thanks if anyone can help

I would advise you to get help locally

This is not exactly forum for that sort of help.
Contact your council, where you intend to live.
If I can recall if not married housing will be denied, unless kids involved.Once married you could get on the council list.
