Question 1: Can someone other than a parent bring a child (age 3) into the UK as long as they have documents that are stating ok by me and are meeting me in the UK (grandmother would be coming with her)?

Question 2: For the Father, does a Legal document of a Relinquishment of Rights suffice for permission to travel or immigrate to the UK?

Question 3: If my daughter and I visit the UK (visa free) for 5 months, how much money would we have to have to prove that we can support ourselves (or do they have to have a set amount?)?

Question 4: How long in between visits to the UK will suffice the 6 month rule? For instance, if my daughter and I stay in the UK to visit (no visa) for 5 months, how long before we can come back? And can we stay for the same amount of time? (I've already come to the UK this year for 2 weeks)

Can someone please answer or direct me to someone who can aid me?

Thank you, and sorry for so many questions.

Quick question: I know this will cost more money...but....can I stay 5 months (with my daughter-no visa, as a visitor) go back to the US, apply for a fiancee visa (with my daughter) stay for the six months and NOT get married then come back to the US, get married and apply for a Spousal visa (with my daughter)? My boyfriend is a UK citizen.

    1- I dont see a problem,as long as a travel documents/passport in order.
    2 - http://www.britainusa.com/visas/other_s ... er_ID=1496
3 - There is no set amount that you should provide/show.
4 - I pointed out before, anyone that stays full term or long term would be treated as someone who just about want to settle in the UK without proper visa,if they decide to come back.I do not recommened that sort of action if you are to enter again as a visitor.Any subsequent visas I can imagine should be fiancee/settlement/marriage visas.

    SEE YOUR PM!!!
