Hi everyone I'm a non-eu national (ivorian) married to a eu national (danish) since feb 2003.With a 5 years residence due to expire in may 2008.
Things not working well, we got separated for 6 months and she wants to file for a divorce.Meanwhile i've fallen in love with one Lithuanian national,we are planning on gettig married after the divorce comes through.it's going to be pretty soon(the divorce).
Our worry is what will happen after the decision is lawfully made.
is there any guarantee or way that i can stay and get on with my new parteners life?or will i become overstayer?
what will be the best thing for me to do.
i really hope that you guys will help us deal with the situation.
many thanks
