Does anyone have any idea how much my visa (Spousal to the UK from US) will cost? I've been reading about various situations on this forum. From what I understand, my boyfriend will enter the US on a visitors visa (not telling them that we're getting married), then head to Vegas and get married (by Elvis of course) which he only needs to supply his passport and birth certificate (?) and then head to the British consult to apply for my Spousal visa (in Los Angeles).
After i receive my Spousal visa (any idea on time) then I can head to the UK and be allowed to work (or find a job)....... Please let me know if this is pretty much how it's going to work. I'll be sure to come back and let everyone know what happened!!
