    Hello Easy Expat
I'm so grateful that there is such a site where people can come and ask their questions. You are doing a great job.Thank you.
I've asked a question before :My husband is an EEA national, lives and works in UK.We'd like to live together.I'm going to try to apply for EEA family permit. But i've been in UK before and overstayed my visa.I've heard that EEA family permit might be refused if this is a marriage of convenience. How can i proof that mine is not.I do intend to live with my husband,i'm 6 month pregnant. This is not for states. My husband is working there,we don't have enough saving right now to move to another country. We just want to live together wherever it is.
Could you help with the answer please.

    Hello Easy Expat
    In reply to the subject:

I've left the country by myself(i've bought the ticket, wasn't cought by the police),but the immigration officer made a report about my overstay to the immigration services(in the airport, when i was living the country). He said if i come back i'm going to have problems with the immigration.
We didn't register the marriage by the law with my husband at that time, but now we are married, does it change the situation or not?
    Thank you
