i am married since 2 years and my spouce is on work permit in uk and i am as his dependent in uk we are holding indian passports presently, his 5 years workpermit ends in august 2006 after which we are gonna apply for indefinite stay

but our relationship is not going well and i think till dec 2006 i shall get divorced so i just needed some advice on what happens about my status in uk, i'm on his dependant visa in uk if we get indefinite stay and then we get divorced by chance what happens about my status in uk or do i have to go back to my country. It would be great if someone gives me an advice.
