My boyfriend (UK) and I (US) plan to get married in Las Vegas in April. I'll be stayin in the states until we have the proper paper work for me to enter the UK. Does anyone know what he'll need to provied in Vegas to get married?

Thank you for your help... by chance do you also have any idea how much my visa will cost? I've been reading about various situations on this forum. From what I understand, my boyfriend will enter the US on a visitors visa (not telling them that we're getting married), then head to Vegas and get married (by Elvis of course) which he only needs to supply his passport and birth certificate (?) and then head to the British consult to apply for my Spousal visa (in Los Angeles).
After i receive my Spousal visa (any idea on time) then I can head to the UK and be allowed to work (or find a job)....... Please let me know if this is pretty much how it's going to work. I'll be sure to come back and let everyone know what happened!!
