My husband came to India to get married, he met me and after a few meetings in India, we decided to marry. The marriage was held in India also. My husband went bk to UK, and i came over to UK nearly one year after marriage. Now another 9 months on, i have found out he is seeing some1 else behind my back, and when i confronted him, a week later he kicked me out of the house. I am living with some family friends now, my husband and his family wont talk to me or my family in india. The only thing he has said is that he wants a divorce! where does this leave me? we will have been married for only 2 years in April 2006. i would have been here for just over one year.
if he wants a divorce, whats my situation in terms of residency in UK? i have a 2 year visa.
if he wants to divorce, can i claim money that my family spent on my wedding from him and his family??
need advise?? help
