i am a french citizen living in uk for 6 years and working now married to failed asylum seeker in dublin ireland can we apply for ecc1 in uk , if yes can my husband later travel around europe with me ? i would be very gratefull as i dont know the options for him to be able to work and travel

my husband lives with me in the uk but cant proof his status beside our marriage certificate as he was previously refused asylum in the uk.

 

little update

i dont know if you received my update as i wanted to let you know what happened since we last spoke .It has been a long year!!!!!
I read all info i could find on how we can resolve pur situation without waiting for years and spoke to may friends on the net.At the end we decided to appply for EAA1 FOR ME AND EAA2 FOR MY HUSBAND AT THE SAME TIME AND HOPED FOR THE BEST!! that was back in feb 2006 sent file and docs 24.02 within 1 wk we received adknolegement ltr also advising that my husband was allowed to work with this ltr he applied for insurance card ,got it and a job also got it thenin april we were asked to go to croydon for interview 1 hr each and were told to wait so we did then on the 09.08.06 MIRACLE, MIRACLE!!! ALL DOCS RETRURNED AND WE WERE GRANTED 5 YEARS RESIDENCY PERMIT!!!! SINCE MY HUSBAND HAS TRAVELLED TO ALFERIA TO VISIT FAMILLY AND FRANCE WITH ME!!
and the application and process did not cost us a penny,except the trip to
croydon but it was worth it.thats my story.if you dont try,you dont get!!!
