And it also depends what kind of visa you want to apply for. Different types of visas have different requirements.

    I need a help

He all! I need a help! I have applied for a tourist visa last month, and I´ve been denied because of luck of economic and social ties in my residence place. Now I and my girl friend (Us Citizen) are deciding to start with the K1 (Fiance visa)issues. Does the denials on the tourist visa affects over the fiance visa? What should I do to get approved in the process? :D I really thank you so much! H.M.
