I have posted before but i though i would make my post a bit more clear as after reading other peoples i might have further complications i didnt know about...

I am american, boyfriend is british. We are currently living in Prague. I am on the 90 day renewable tourist visa.

We want to move to England in the summer and live there for one or two years, then we want to move to america to settle. the reason we are moving to america is to earn some hard currency and save up before trekking back to the states.

My plan was this: try to get a company to sponsor me to work in the UK and if that doesnt work apply for the nonmarried partner visa. Live in england THEN...

go to america and get married and stay there...BUT have the option of going back to England to live and work there.

Does this sound like the best idea to anyone else? Biggest issue is I must be able to work, no way can only one of us work.
I have looked and looked through these forums and elsewhere and just cant seem to get a clear picture of the best thing to do. thanks in advance for anyone who can help.
