I am starting the spouse visa application process to go to Australia to live with my husband (who is Australian and already in Oz). We have been together for 6 years, got recently married and I have tones of pictures and friend to certify but recently we have been away from each other (due to work commitment and visa problems). Is this going to be held against us? Shall I mentioned in my application that our visa application in the UK (before we got married) was rejected?
I would also like to know from people who have applied for Australian visas, I would like to know about your experience, problems...Anything that might help me.
