The EEA Family Permit is for *accompanying* spouses. That means you can only get it if you are accompanying your wife to the UK (or she is already there).

You need to emphasize that your wife wants to go to the UK, and therefore you are going to accompany her. Don't make it sound like it is your idea to go there. Has your wife written a supporting letter?

    Exactly!

    From Foreign Office website:

Q: I am an EEA / Swiss national. My family members are visa nationals. Do they need a visa to visit the UK?
A: They will need an EEA / Swiss Family Permit issued at a UK visa office overseas before they travel. You must either travel to the UK together, or your family must be joining you in the UK. Family permits are issued free of charge.

I thought before that i have the right to take the EEA family any way

and from your replay i ralize now that we should convince the on in the UK embassy that we want to got here

i will try to find strong reasons to convince the employer in the UK emabssy that we want to go and live in UK

The right to go to the UK to live and work really belongs to your wife, not you. She is allowed to take her husband, and as long as her husband is with her, he has the same rights (to live and work in the UK). Therefore, it's better if your wife asserts these rights, not you. What I mean is, if your wife goes to (or writes to) the British Embassy and says "I want to go and work in the UK, and I want to take my husband with me. Please give him a visa" you will probably have more success than if you go by yourself.

ECO [Entry Clearance Officer ] in France obviously have some reservations about your application.Looks to me that you are trying to go on your own. What will happen at the port of entry is ,that you will be stopped and asked questions. After that we can only guess what can possibly happen.
Its up to you what you do.

YOu asked if there's an easy way: yes there is. Go together with your wife, it can't be any easier than that. I know your stamp on the family permit will have a date, and that's an expiration date, not a start date. If you need to rearrange your plane tickets to be able to travel together, do so. Entering the UK with the EEA NAtional will be the fastest, easiest, and safest way for you guys to travel. Work around that fact that you have to travel together.
