    Hi everyone,

Hope somebody can help on this matter. My wife is from the new member states and I am the non-EEA national. Recently she was registered with WRS and received all the documents. Now the thing is she wants to leave her job since I am getting one and I was wondering which form do I have to fill in order to extend my family permit.

Does she have to be working in order for me to extend my permit? Or there are any other options?

Hope someone can advise...Would be grateful!

    Thanks:)

Personally I would not try to create problem if I did not have one.Coyan, Easyexpat, and myself talked about the similar situation while back:

    hi triple H,

Thanks for your help but I am still confused coz the link provided was about the old forms and old posts.

I just wanted to know if it is compulsory for my wife to work in order for me to file for a residence document. She has registered on WRS and does the card expire if she leaves her job or only the WRS certificate? Also, if she works part time does she use the same card to show she is registered??

    Thanks.
