Hi everybody,
I just came across this wonderful website helping people like us with the legal stuff.
I am an Indian citizen in the UK on a student visa. My girlfriend is Italian and she is working here. She does not have the resident status here, but she is working here since April 2005.
My question is, will I still need to go through the visa process for UK and schengen visa for Italy even after I marry her? Or will I get any other status by which I can eliminate this process.
Also I would like to know if there is a possibility in which I can get hold of dual citizenships - Indian and Italian.
Please guide me to some websites that can throw more light on this situation.

Thank you. But I am still wondering one more thing. If I marry her in Italy, will I still have to get VISA for UK and Italy? This is not very clear.
