Hi Easy Expat admin, Triple H and all the guys in here. I came in here last february for a piece of advice because i was married to a Non Eu National and didnt know what to do. I was desparate to find out out that what would be the procedure to follow to get a Eu family member visa for my husband without risking his status and sending him back to his country. I got information from here and all the guys helped me and gave me advice on each and every thing. So me and my husband applied in August 2005 to IND and after the most tense 3 months we finally got it.my husband has got a right of residency in england. I thank you every body especially Easy expat admin and triple H who helped me and make it possible for me to be with my most loving and caring husband for the rest of my life.
BUT STILL I GOT TO ASK SOME THING. MY HUSBAND HAS GOT A FAMILY PERMIT TILL FEBRUARY 2005. AND WE NEED TO APPLY AGAIN FOR HIM A MONTH BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE OF HIS PERMIT AS TOLD BY THE IND. SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER HE WILL NEED TO APPLY EVERY YEAR OR WHAT WOULD BE THE PROCEDURE
