Hi Guys,

I am currently putting together an appeal against the decision by the Britich High Commission in Ottawa on refusing me a working holidaymaker visa.

In my refusal, the entry clearance officer makes a false statement about me and states that it is part of the reason that she is not granting me the visa.

For the sake of my appeal, I am wondering if someone can tell me or point me in the right direction of an Immigration rule, or code of ethics rule, that she is breaking by doing so. I would like to quote it in my appeal.

I'm assuming that they are not allowed doing that, and it must be written somewhere that their not! I just can't find it!!

Thanks for the link but it mostly deals with how to apply and what will happen once you do. I'm looking for a link or any knowledge on what rule is broken when a Entry Clearence Officer give false information in the refusal. this is so I can quote it in my appeal.
