Hi. My older brother wants to marry his girlfriend who is Austrian and has to leave the US every three months to renew her passport so she can stay in the US for another three months. he doesnt want to see her leave anymore and loves her very much. but he needs to know what documents or anything he needs in order to marry her in the first place. and how much it will cost. or can he just marry her and then do documents. i need help quick! thanks to anyone who helps in advance..
