If you are married to a French, you inherite her right to residency under the EU agreement. The problem is that if your wife does not work you might not be granted the right to work under the European rules.

There is no such thing as loosing your residency in Europe/France as you are married with a citizen of the EU. The only impact will be in term of tax (in that case be careful at putting "NOT domiciled for tax purposes" in your self assessment).

I do not see any problem for you to go to England.

There is probably some admin paper that you have to fill to do that. Ask the UK consulate is the best way to do it (and tell us afterwards ;-) ).
In the meantime maybe she can come with you at the weekend and go back to France on her own afterwards to continue her study.

Your are right but do u have any address for any UK consultative

Can i ask for one more question when i make the residence in UK i should renew it every 12 month ? how many years they give , cause if it is every year they will know that ly wife didnt stay with me the first year so they will cancel my residence and in this time i will lose my residence in fance cause they will see that i didnt live in france

this is my porblem exaclty i need UK consultative as u said or u have idea about that

Actually, I don't think you can go and work in the UK alone. As far as I know, you have the same rights as your EU spouse only when you are together. To get an EEA Family Permit for the UK, your wife must travel with you, or she must go first and you can join her. If you travel alone, you are just considered in the same way as any other individual from your country.
