    Hello everybody,

    I am a French citizen and I married an indian boy last year in France and India. We are currently living in UK but we would like to live and work in France in future. My husband would like to work with a French company but he doesnt know if he will be allowed to stay in France permanently. Ideally, we would like to stay in France permanently once we are there but we don't know which kinds of documents we will need for that. If you have faced the same issues, I would be glad to hear from you.

    Hi There

    If you have lived and worked in the UK for lets say more then 6 months , returning to France with your husband would be just formality.You have had activated freedom of movement therefore you would come under EC law.He would be free to reside and work in France.
