i am an Algerian married with Swedish citizen for more than a year.
The immigration office asked me to turn back to Algeria and return again with family regroupe way. But that takes more than 14 months of waiting to get a Swedish visa there ,that means I be 14 months far away of my wife .

can the EEC1 regularize my situation here in europe?

I am Algerian and my wife is swedish, we get married a year ago here in Sweden, and we live togather in sweden i am in black and i work in black also and my wife is student. we live very happy togather. Last year when we went to Migrationsverket (immigratin office here) they siad to me to go back to my country to make the interview and the decision can take 12 monthes or longer!

Please which law or religion separates a husband from his wife for a whole year??!!

We want to know as she is an EU citizen, can any mercyful EU law solve our case.
