I have a job opportunity in England but before saying ok, I'd like to know more about the usual salaries : I'm a multimedia project manager (e-learning projects) and I have been working for more than 3 years.

Then, do some of you have the same kind of job or friends having this kind of jobs ? If so, in consideration of all I said, which would be the lowest salary? the middle one? and the highest one I coul expect?
I really need this information so that to argue well

I'm also still interested in precisions coming from persons who manage the design and realization of multimedia products (to decide which will be the interactivity, which kind of drawings, animations should be created for the project, to write the content with experts, to make many persons work for the project, to supervise the realization of the product by designers and programmers, to ask for modification when needed , etc.)
