My family and I have just recieved our Visas for Canadian immigration and will be going over there in a couple of months, however we have been informed that "immigrants must satisfy the immigration officer at the Port of Entry that they have sufficient funds to support themselves and thier family mambers..etc" We have already done this as part of our Visa application and they have given no indication as to what sufficient proof would be, nor how much money would be satisfactory. Does anybody know a a good source of information on this subject? The official Canadian websites seem utterly devoid of this kind of info and our requests for information from various sources have come up blank. Help! Thanks!
