I am Seb, frenchman, having worked for 4 years in Amsterdam (NL) for a large IT company. Through the current restructuration of the company, I am leaving after having accepted an offer to leave via package benefits (in other words I got fired and got money back).
Now, I am going to go back and live back to France in 1 month.
my question concerns the Assedic (french social benefits when looking for a job), which procedure must I follow to register fine to the Assedic as soon as my return to France? which form(s) do I need, do my employer need?

where can I get it from? possible to download it online?

I have found the download pdf file for these forms, in french,
I guess I need them in dutch too.
The dutch web site is really confusing and badly designed unfortunaley,

To get the official from e301, I need apparently to order it by calling the competent office.
