    Hello,

I'm a French citizen, currently living and studying in France. I worked as a teaching assistant for one year in the US two years ago, and met my fiancé there. Now I would like to move to the US and marry him, but I'm not sure of the regulations concerning that type of marriage?

    Thanks for your help.

PS: I forgot to mention that we're planning on getting married in California, where my fiancé lives.
