My brother is in England and he has over stayed his visa by about 3 years. The issue is, he has a child over there. Thus not wanting to leave the country as he won't be allowed back to see his son. He tells us he is trying for a special visa but it has been pushed to the bottom of the pile again. He is still with the girl who had the baby. If they got married would that help? Or has it been too long and he will get kicked out anyway? If anyone has any knowledge in this area it would be a great help to my family. Cheers, Janice
