✎ FR Visa L1 et green card

    quelqu'un peut il me dire au bout de combien de temps peut on demander une green card avec un visa L1?

    Autre question:
    savez vous si le fait qu'un membre de la famille obtienne la carte verte sur place le reste de la famille l'obtient aussi?

    Bonjour clajoa,
    Les délais sont en moyenne de 2 a 4 ans.

    Pour la suite d'un H1B en 2000 il fallait compter 3 ans et les délais rallongent.

    Pour la carte verte si votre soeur en a une, ca ne change rien pour vous. Par contre si votre mari en obtient une , vous en bénéficierez et vos enfants aussi.
