We have recently moved to Zurich (we live in Stafa) and are looking for a dog sitter!

We have an old dog who needs someone to walk her during the day, when I am away on business trips. Can anybody help? I would greatly apprecite any help or advice.

    Thank you!

English Speaking Club of Thalwil (ZH)?!

Do you live in the Thalwil (ZH) area and would you like to practice your English with native English speakers?

Are you a native English speaker and would you like more contact with the "locals"?

Come join us for some English language conversation groups and social events in Thalwil! These meetings could take place in people's homes, local cafes or larger venues. Perhaps you'll meet someone with whom you could exchange German tutoring for English language tutoring or another language entirely!

If you are a Mom or Dad who is at home with your children, don't let that stop you. We could organize some meetings during the daytime while the kids play.

There is one in the train station shopping area, underground. But not the big underground area, the smaller one near track 24 on the side of the Landesmuseum.

The are also some Indian and Pakistani food shops on Langstrasse, not far from the Xenix theatre.

If yu want more detailed info, you could join our Expats-in-Zurich group and post there. There are more than 230 members there now.

Anyone know where I can source proper English and Irish bacon and sausages in Zürich or the surrounding area.

It's a long way back to the UK for just that (but it's getting a more attractive option by the minute

   ??:

I would love to come along to your events.
I am a professional expat about to move to Zurich, and I am finding it devilishly difficult to rent an apartment through the web.

I would welcome any help, and promise to come along and speak natively without repitition, hesitation or deviation !!

    Kindest regards

    Moff
