Most of cafes with TV will be crouded by French people for sure. :)

However you should have some success at the Kitty O'Sheas near Opera (very central indeed) => I've been there already a couple of time and it is quite big with 2 floors.
Maybe the Frog and Rosbif will have a TV where to watch the match ??:

Eventually, for other addresses, you might consult the Irish abroad website.

hey Man, there's a few of us paddys heading over to the game - in October . We're travelling from Dublin and London. We've reg 6 tickets between us on FAI site, so hopefully we'll get to le Stad de France. Should be great atmosphere when we WIN!!
Ive been to few irish pubs in Paris in the past. They sort of change with popularity as much as the weather in rathlin island. Some nite you might get great craic in the James Joyce (ryan air pub) on other nites it's 'shi..te'.
But it will be great to meet up with few other lads from the home country, so may be you'll keep in touch and we'll try and meet up b4 or after the game.
Here's a few pubs/clubs I got off the web.. Have been in a few of them.. But sure we'll have no problem finding one..
