Usually on the weekends I will go to a cafe with some new friends I have met (other expats) or go for a hike somewhere. I haven't gone skiing yet but may do that this Winter.

My favourite cafe is probably one called "Odei", near my home in Escaldes. They don't have a website but are near the school. An Australian cyclist owns the cafe with his Andorran partner.

There are some good groups to join and ask about hikes, though it depends on what you are looking for. One of the estate agents here wrote a list of groups/forums that helped me. Not all of them are the right fit for me (I hate cricket!), but there are a few to choose from and find some people like you.
