    Dear All,
    I am moving with my family to Milan around Ferbruary 2015. We are looking for an international school for my daughter (5years), who attends The British School in Warsaw.
    Any hints, advice experince is highly welcomed.

    Hi, hope you've found a good school in Milan for your daughter. I've only just seen this post so apologies for my tardiness but my son attends the British school in Milan and we've had nothing but good experiences in the two years he's been there.

    Many thanks for sharing information.
    What are the criteria to enter that school (I assume it's not like in the UK, distance from the gate and catchement area ?) Is it following all the British curriculum or mixed with Italian?

    It follows the British curriculum. It also has very good PE and music departments (which my son especially enjoyed as his school in England where cutting back on these areas).

    I think the admissions policy is just that the child needs a good level of spoken English, as it's the language used in school. Distance from the gate doesn't seem to matter as they have buses bringing children from outside Milan.

    As I say, my son is very happy there and he has a good relationship with his teacher and the other children who were very welcoming when we arrived.

    Not in comparison to class sizes in England. My son is a class of about 17-20 I think and there's three classes of similar size in his year group.
