    HI everybody.

Been a while since I've been on here. I am a Canadian going through an appeal against a WHM refusal. An appeal date has been set for April 20th. I recieved a letter today (dated the 22nd of Feb, 2006) from the tribunal saying that the respondant (the entry clearence officer) has not submitted any documents by the required date of Febuary 8th, 2006 thus breaking Rule 13 of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.

Couple of questions. 1) Whats happens if they do not submit documents? Does this happen? 2) Can I, or should I, use this in my arguement that my case has been handled carelessly?

    thanks for the advice!!
