    Hello,
i am a uk citizen and will marry my turkish fiancée on the 24th april this year.
We met 3 yrs ago and have been dating properly for over 2 yrs with lots of trips and holidays together, also i have been to turkey for work several times.

We already did the paper work to obtain marriage date etc with no problems,
    my questions are these.

1 which is the best way to apply for spouse visa after our marriage, and what supporting documents will we need to show, (copy of deeds, bank statements and marriage certificate etc?)

2 if we are successful will my wife be allowed to work, before applying for indefinite leave to remain (i believe not before 27mts).

3 should we use world bridge visa services or apply directly to the embassy?

4 how long should it take to process, my fiancée has a current tourist visa but it will expire on the 22nd may anyway.

5 again if successful would we have any problems for her to travel to germany for my sisters wedding in sept, will she need a schengen visa ?

    Thank you for any advice.
    Phill34.

1 - You basically need to prove two things, a ) that you have enough money to support both of you ( and any children if you have ) without claiming any benefits and b ) there is proper accomodation available for both of you. You can of course add as many documents as you think would be helpful to prove these two points.

2 - Yes, she will be allowed to work right away.

3 - No need for wasting money on bridge services.

4 - That varies on country to country and case to case. Make sure you put in as much documentary evidence as you can to show that yours is a genuine relationship ( i.e. not the one just for immigration purposes ) and that you have enough savings/income as I said
    in 1 above.

5 - Yes she will need a schengen visa.

    Good luck
