Why have you been refused ? you should mark the reasons you have been given for refusal and appeal as soon as you can.

    Good luck

Unfortunately, it's impossible to offer specific advice, because I'm not an immigration specialist, plus you have not provided many details. You should consult with the embassy or with a solicitor that specializes in these issues. The information you will need to provide includes answers to the following questions.
    1) What country do you have EEA citizenship?
    2) What country does your husband have citizenship?
    3) Did your husband enter the UK legally?
    4) Does he have a job and/or valuable skills?

The solicitor or embassy official may have other questions. In the meantime, try to collect your papers and information so that you can be prepared when you ask for help. Good luck!

How did your application go? This is a common question that is hard to answer as it is so specialized. I hope you were successful and can share your experience. :)
