    Hi,

my name is leonardo and i am a eea citizen (italian) and my wife is brazilian. Both of us want to move to london. I want to get a eea family permit for my wife. Nowadays we live in brazil.
    Here are my questions:

    1) i would like to know if i need to go first to london to get a job to be in terms of "treaty rights" to request family permit or we can move without a job?

    2) if we move there and my wife get a tourist visa, can we aplly to a family permit or another visa from inside london that permit her to work and live in london?

    3) she is a doctor graduated in brazil, it would be easier to get a family permit or a high skill visa?

    Thanks

1 - You don't need to move there first. If you have enough money for expenses of both of you for a few months, that would make you self-sufficient meaning exercising treaty rights.

2 - For EEA2 yes. For other visas, almost impossible.

3 - Family Permit. Its faster and its free !

    Good luck
