    hello please could someone help me i was had 6 month eea family permett visa so visa exp on 17/12/2007 and i did aply on eea2 aplication form since 28/11/2008 I receive certficte of aplication on 12/12/2008 but since then im not receive any more news from H/o thanks for help

    The Home Office has 6 months to process the application, and they often take nearly as long. So I am afraid you have to wait a bit longer.

    You can always ask for your passport to be sent back, if you need it. Of course if you want to travel, that could be difficult. But there are a number of options.

    As stated in my sticky, you can start calling the Home Office to get an update on your application. You should start following up.
