✎ EN Eea2 visa

    Hi All,

    I am goinng to apply for EEA2 visa next week.My passport valid till May 2009.My question is if i have an eea2 visa for 5 years,do i have to extend date of my passort before appyling a visa or should i extend date of my passort after having for 5 years visa ?

    No - there's no need to extend it now. Even if you need to get a new passport, the residence card will remain valid in the expired one. You'll just have to travel with both.
