Did you inform Home Office about the change of your circumstances when you separated from your wife 10 months ago ?

If you haven't, you MUST inform them as soon as possible otherwise you are going to be in deep trouble. You are not entitled to residence card if your relationship has ceased existing
and its illegal on your part to stay on the same RC. You can well be charged for deception which can have serious consequences.

Inform Home Office as soon as possible. Thats the first thing you should do before thinking about anything else.

    Hi Yousafzai,

Thanks for your advice, i will surely do that. Since my 1 visa will end in october and have been employed by a large organization who is willing to give me a work permit befor my visa runs out, will that affect my work permit?

    Thanks

Its not going to affect your work permit or spouse visa application as long as the Home Office ( or the case worker to be specific ) believes you haven't been hiding anything from them.

But yes, its highly unlikely you will be able to get work permit or spouse visa from within the country i.e. you would need to return to your home country to make a new application. Its not what people like to hear but quite straight forward process as far as I have seen.

    Good luck
