Hi, I'm a UK citizen currently living in Japan. Been here 6 years. Will get married to my Japanese gf this on the 21st Jan. We plan to move to Spain in April this year.

Now for me no problem to stay in Spain. Embassy and people have said that my future wife will be on a Spouse visa. And her daughter shouldn't be a problem.

But i keep getting different stories of how to apply. The recent one was just turn up at the Local city office within 30 days of arriving to pick up a residency visa or something like this. That's all she needs to do? Really that simple???

If anyone can please help, it would be greatly apprieciated or an organization who helps with visa's, advice or just consultancy. Need to peace of mind coz it is driving me crazy.
