An avalanche buried around 140 soldiers in mountain of "Siachen Glacier" in northern areas of Pakistan, which is a part of dispute between Pakistan and India. I want to Know is that "Is time has came when both countries should withdraw their armies from here or Pakistan should withdraw UNILATERALLY?
